Yesterday I used the last of the willow collected this season to make hoops for workshops in 2023. It has been sitting in buckets of water since winter and used in a range of workshops over the last few months. The last of these was a random weaving workshop held on Saturday November 5 at the Plant Craft Cottage for the FRBGM. I love going to the Botanical Gardens in Melbourne in Spring as there is an explosion of vibrant colour and new foliage!
