In recent years I have been invited to go into communities to help groups participate in community art projects. These projects often involve working with people of all ages and abilities to weave in diverse environments. Sharing knowledge is intrinsic to my art practice and can be offered via ticketed workshops or more informal drop-in activities to help people engage in social and cultural events. For example, the Basketmakers of Victoria asked me to lead the creation and construction of the Welcome Mat in 2015 when they hosted the National Basketry Gathering in Bacchus Marsh.
