Last Sunday 12th January was another great day spent at Lavandula making lavender wands with families. It was beautiful weather which bought a huge crowd of people looking to enjoy the ambience of the Swiss-Italian farm during their annual Lavender Harvest.

Today the theme for environmental education at Cornish Hill in Daylesford was “Rainbows in the Sky”. What a lovely theme for the kids to explore! We were able to spend the day weaving outdoors yesterday at the Friends of Royal Botanic Gardens enjoying the sunshine. We were not the only ones ‘out and about’ as there were many visitors popping into the cottage during the day as they meandered through the gardens.
